Refund policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.

At Uslings, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

 

Returns:

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer law. Except for made-to-order items, which may have longer return periods.

You can return items to us under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with all labels attached.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and certain personal items cannot be returned.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at info@uslings.se with your order number and the item you wish to return. We’ll send you a return shipping label and provide you with the return instructions. When contacting us, include your order number and let us know which item is being returned.

 

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees are based on our standard delivery rates (approx. 85 kr).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after inspection.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@uslings.se

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your item and place a new order.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

 

Order Cancellation:

Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Once your order has been delivered, you have the right to return it within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer law.
