NO MORE stands behind the quality of its silver jewelry and offer a two-year warranty on all products. If your silver jewelry arrives with any defects or damage due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. The warranty covers the fading of gold plated jewelry as well.

Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care or use of the jewelry.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden.

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed the next business day. Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days after processing.

Orders are delivered via pick-up point or courier. If no pick-up point is available within 5 km, your order will be delivered to your address.

Returns:
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all labels attached.

- Hygiene items and personalized products cannot be returned

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
