The KIRA Story
KIRA started with two friends frustrated by boots that couldn’t even survive one season. Since then, the founders have focused on three core goals:

We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden.

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed the next business day. Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days after processing.

Orders are delivered via pick-up point or courier. If no pick-up point is available within 5 km, your order will be delivered to your address.

Returns:
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all labels attached.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Hygiene items and personalized products cannot be returned

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
